Lotus Riders please join us after the training ride for a special presentation with Brite Coaching’s Head Coach Christine Fletcher on a “State of the Lotus Nation” referencing where we are today in our training cycle and where we are heading for the remainder of the season. Following Christine’s brief talk, Sean O’Mahony from Precision Hydration will join us to share on the importance of hydration, fluid balance and how endurance athletes can learn more about their own individual hydration needs. Most specifically Sean will educate us about how optimizing your hydration can improve performance, recovery and every day functions.
